Check location permissions
Cairn's maps require location permissions to function properly. Check your browser settings to ensure location access is allowed for getcairn.ai. In most browsers, you can find this by clicking the lock icon next to the URL in the address bar.
Browser troubleshooting
Try a hard refresh to clear cached resources: press Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows/Linux or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac. If that doesn't work, clear your browser's cache and cookies for getcairn.ai specifically. You can usually find this option in your browser's settings under Privacy or Site Settings.
