If your experience gets stuck, try refreshing or being more specific with your prompt.
Quick fixes
If your experience appears stuck while generating, the first step is to refresh the page and try again. Most generation issues are temporary and resolve on a second attempt. If you see a loading spinner for more than 60 seconds, refresh and resubmit your request.
Common causes
Generation can take longer or fail for several reasons: very complex multi-day itineraries with many stops, extremely remote destinations with limited data, very vague or broad prompts that don't give the AI enough to work with, or temporary server load during peak hours.
Optimizing your prompts
For the best results, be specific about your destination, dates, group size, and activity preferences. Instead of "plan a camping trip," try "3-day car camping trip at Joshua Tree in March for 2 adults, moderate hiking." Specific prompts generate faster and produce more useful results.
