Login issues

Clear cookies, try incognito mode, or use password reset to resolve common login problems.

Basic troubleshooting

Start by clearing your browser cookies for getcairn.ai and trying to log in again. Stale session cookies are the most common cause of login issues. If that doesn't help, try logging in from an incognito or private browsing window to rule out extension or cache interference.

Password reset

If you can't remember your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your account email and we'll send a reset link. The link is valid for 24 hours. Make sure to check your spam and promotions folders if you don't see the email within a few minutes.

Google sign-in problems

If you're having trouble with Google sign-in, first verify that you're using the correct Google account. Try signing out of all Google accounts and signing back in with just the account linked to Cairn. Also check that third-party cookies are enabled in your browser, as Google sign-in requires them.

Account locked or not found

After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the password reset flow to unlock your account. If you believe your account doesn't exist, you may have signed up with a different email address — try other email addresses you commonly use.
