You retain ownership of content you create on Cairn (trip plans, notes, photos). By sharing content publicly, you grant Cairn a license to display it to other users.

Cairn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from outdoor activities planned using our platform.
