Updating payment information
Go to Settings > Billing to update your payment method. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Accessing billing settings
Navigate to Settings from the user menu, then select the Billing section. Here you can view your current plan, see your next billing date, and manage your payment method. Your billing history is also available for download.
Changing your payment method
Click "Update Payment Method" to enter a new credit or debit card. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The new card will be charged starting with your next billing cycle.
Billing cycle and invoices
Your billing date is determined by when you first subscribed. You can view past invoices and download them as PDFs from the billing history section. If you need a receipt for expense reporting, each invoice includes all necessary details.
