Canceling your subscription

Cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. Premium features stay active until the end of your billing period.

How to cancel

Go to Settings > Billing and click "Cancel Subscription." You will be asked to confirm your cancellation. No reason is required, though we appreciate any feedback you can share about why you're leaving so we can improve Cairn for everyone.

What happens after cancellation

Your premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the free tier. You won't be charged again unless you choose to resubscribe.

Your data is safe

No data is deleted when you cancel your subscription. All your saved experiences, gear checklists, and profile information remain intact. You can still view and access your experiences on the free tier, though some premium-only features like offline access will no longer be available.

Reactivating your subscription

You can resubscribe to any premium plan at any time from Settings > Billing. Your previous data and preferences will still be there. If you resubscribe within 30 days, you may be eligible for a prorated charge rather than a full billing cycle.
