Managing notification preferences
Control which notifications you receive for community activity, trip reminders, and product updates.
Accessing notification settings
Go to Settings and find the Notifications section. Here you can toggle individual notification categories on or off. Changes take effect immediately and apply to all future notifications.
Types of notifications
Cairn sends notifications for several categories: community activity (likes, comments, and follows on your shared experiences), trip reminders (upcoming trips and weather alerts), and product updates (new features, tips, and Cairn news). Each category can be controlled independently.
Email notification frequency
For email notifications, you can choose between immediate delivery, daily digest, or weekly summary. The daily digest bundles all activity from the past 24 hours into a single email, which is useful if you receive frequent community interactions.
