Wellsville Mountains

The Wellsville Mountains are a small mountain range located in northern Utah, near the city of Brigham City. This compact range rises dramatically from the surrounding valleys, with rugged, rocky slopes and steep, narrow canyons. The terrain is characterized by limestone and dolomite cliffs, talus slopes, and sparse vegetation, creating a dramatic and unique landscape. Despite their compact size, the Wellsville Mountains offer excellent opportunities for outdoor recreation, with a variety of hiking trails, rock climbing routes, and scenic viewpoints.
