Washburn Range

The Washburn Range is a rugged and scenic mountain range located in northwestern Wyoming. Part of the greater Absaroka Range, the Washburn Range features steep, glaciated peaks and deep, dramatic canyons. The terrain is characterized by alpine meadows, forested slopes, and rocky, snow-capped summits. This range is located within Yellowstone National Park, offering visitors access to some of the park's most pristine and untamed wilderness areas.
