Savage Hills

The Savage Hills are a small but rugged mountain range located in western Wyoming. Characterized by craggy peaks, deep canyons, and alpine meadows, the range offers a remote and challenging outdoor experience. The terrain is predominantly rocky and steep, with elevations ranging from around 8,000 to 12,000 feet above sea level. The climate is alpine, with long, snowy winters and short, cool summers. Despite the range's small size, it contains several notable summits and provides opportunities for hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, and wildlife viewing.
