Saddleback Hills

The Saddleback Hills are a modest mountain range located in central Wyoming. Characterized by gently rolling hills and broad, open valleys, the range offers a more subtle and pastoral landscape compared to the jagged peaks of the nearby Rockies. The terrain is primarily composed of sedimentary rock formations, with sparse alpine vegetation and scattered pockets of pine and aspen forests. Streams and small lakes dot the valleys, providing habitat for a variety of wildlife including pronghorn antelope, mule deer, and the occasional black bear.
