Park Hills

The Park Hills mountain range in Montana is a rugged and relatively isolated stretch of the Rocky Mountains. The range features jagged peaks, steep slopes, and deep valleys carved by glaciers. Elevations range from around 5,000 feet in the foothills to over 9,000 feet at the highest summits. The terrain is predominantly alpine, with sparse vegetation at higher elevations giving way to pine and fir forests at lower levels. Wildlife in the Park Hills includes bighorn sheep, elk, black bears, and a variety of bird species.
