Mount Ellen

Mount Ellen is a prominent mountain located in the central Utah's Wasatch Range, part of the greater Wasatch-Cache National Forest. The mountain features rugged, alpine terrain with steep slopes, rocky outcrops, and numerous alpine lakes. The range experiences a continental climate with cold, snowy winters and mild, dry summers. Vegetation is predominantly subalpine and alpine, with pine, fir, and aspen forests giving way to high-elevation meadows and rocky tundra near the summits.
