Elk Mountains

The Elk Mountains in New Mexico are a rugged and remote mountain range located in the southwestern part of the state. Characterized by steep, jagged peaks and deep canyons, the Elk Mountains offer a challenging and rewarding outdoor experience. The terrain is predominantly rocky with alpine meadows, forests, and numerous streams and rivers.
