Deep Creek Mountains

The Deep Creek Mountains are a small, remote mountain range located in central Idaho. The range is characterized by rugged, granite peaks and steep, glaciated slopes. The terrain features alpine meadows, talus fields, and numerous glacial lakes and streams. Hiking trails are limited, making much of the range only accessible to experienced backcountry travelers.
